Production process of lithium battery slitting blade:
1. Pulping: special solvents and binders are used to mix with powdered positive and negative active substances respectively. After high-speed mixing, the paste like positive and negative substances are made.
2. coating: evenly coat the prepared slurry on the surface of the metal foil, dry it, and make positive and negative plates respectively.
3. Assembly: put it in the order of positive plate diaphragm negative plate diaphragm from top to bottom, support the battery pole core by winding, and then inject electrolyte, seal and other processes, that is, complete the assembly process of the battery, and make the finished battery.
4. Formation: charge and discharge test the finished battery with special battery charging and discharging equipment, test each lithium battery, and select qualified finished batteries to be delivered.
Matters needing attention:
The lithium battery slitting blade is very sharp. Once the equipment is started, any material will be cut off instantly. Therefore, every operator is required to keep a high spirit at all times when carrying out the operation. Every feeding should keep his hand away from the slitting blade. He needs to be highly vigilant when carrying out the pressing device to prevent the possibility of being scratched by the blade.
