Tungsten carbide strips is a sintered metallurgical product of powder form. It is manufactured in vacuum or Hydrogen reduction furnace with refractory tungsten material (WC) micron powder as the main ingredient and Cobalt (Co), Nickel (Ni) or Molybdenum (Mo) as the binder.It has many excellent characteristics such as high hardness and strength, good wear and corrosion resistance and salient stability under high temperature (even at 500 ºC it is essentially unchanged and at 1000 ºC it is still of high hardness). We supply several types of tungsten carbide strips: strip with angle, round strip and cemented tungsten carbide strip.

Application of Tungsten Carbide Plate:

1. Suitable for the production of cast iron rolls and high chrome roll knife.

2. Applicable to the production of discharge plate, stamping die, cold punching die, such as electronic stamping die.

3. Used for stamping dies. Used in the production of copper, aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled sheet, El board, Q195, SPCC, silicon steel plate, metal, standard parts, upper and lower punch and other high-speed mold.

4. Tungsten carbide plate wear resistance is higher, suitable for hardwood, logs, aluminum, copper rods, cast iron processing for the production of various types of motors, electronic into the mold, stamping electronic mold.

5. Different uses of carbide materials, material performance is inconsistent, the use of specific , bepurposes should be based on appropriate materials to select carbide plate.
